21.01.2022 Take a moment to just Notice, Accept & Acknowledge your day. . . . .... . . Mine was spent taking the afternoon to reflect, absorb; soak-in. Full of reading, writing, creating and baking all the stuff that makes me feel like me + some time with my sister & pups. The excitement of workshops has had me on my toes and as a extraverted-introvert, I must disconnect in order to reconnect. Or I can not be. And its not over yet Make sureu this evening you do something that makes you feel like you, something that makes you happy. Be you and allow the 7 billion others to be them.

20.01.2022 And just like that . . . Term 3 is done. 52 schools. 30+ @sedacollegevic sessions. A whopping 2500+kms. (And I lost count of heads). Ive never felt as content in myself and in my work as what the satisfaction of this term has bought me, on every level. The volume of the challenge, along with the pure joy felt every single time I deliver this program. Thank you to each and every student and teacher who has made the past 10 weeks so enjoyable. Whether you came over and said thank you, smiled during your meditation, answered open, honest and vulnerable questions or maybe just assisted with my terrible IT skills), my purpose is for you. 1 last corporate and a studio class and its up, up and away for me #thankyou

Placing a hand over your heart or taking your mind to your heart and feeling into its space, think of your deepest & fullest desire and wish for yourself, your one thing for you to be your utmost happiest (not the person next to you, your family, friends, kids, or that person with all the social media followers) ..... Hold this at the forefront of your mind when you hop into bed and wake tomorrow, and go about your day living toward this; your happiness. No one elses.

11.01.2022 Something I used to devote energy to was creating meaningful social posts. Something my meditation community loved. Recently, as long as the last year the desire to post has been absent. Social media, while I enjoy stories for their more present nature, a good giggle, to connect and share...the inauthenticity of the model as a whole frustrates me to my core. But yesterday when directed to some of my earliest posts (thanks to a gorgeous young female student), even I was ins...pired ! A reminder for me, how powerful they can be FOR YOU Keep reading if you have time, if not smile and take a deep breath . . . . . . This is not a page where youre going to see lots of followers, fabricated, styled or paid posts or selling. ever. Ever. (marketing makes my skin crawl ). But it is a place to remind you, of you. To allow you to stop, pause, reconnect, go within. And to just be. You, as you This is me as me. How youll find me most mornings at 6am (when I started this post . . . ). Coffee in hand, outside, bed hair, house clothes on feeling out the day ahead. This one, on my wedding morning recently (the only 6am photo I have) happy, excited, not a wink of sleep but happy & heart full. I invite you to be you. Today and everyday. Lets leave the filters, photography, effects and egos . . . This world is too beautiful as is.

11.01.2022 I am so passionate and believe 110% in the power on mindfulness & meditation as a way of life - Not just a practice. This below is a technique that I developed for bankers, who find it difficult to switch off and one that has proved highly successful over the past year with all of my students. Often noted as their favourite mindful exercise. I have spent this morning emailing and conversing with clients going through difficult times, racing thoughts, insomnia and all sorts o...f other desperate help-me times. Maybe this is you too. Maybe our modern connected way of living is on your shoulders too. Maybe meditation is JUST another thing on your huge list of things to do - that doesnt seem possible. I know and I understand. \ Start here Just stop. Stop scrolling. Take a long slow deep breath in ... expand your lungs, your belly, your chest GIVE YOUR ORGANS SOME ROOM to MOVE... and gently breathe out. Once more, long slow deep breath in, fill your belly right up.... hold your breath at the top... and breathe out. Stop looking for answers, stop doing. And just be. Just observe. Thankful, grateful for what we do have. We will never have this moment ever again. I think I do a wonderful job of 'being'.... but running a business taking bookings for 2018, planning a wedding and just living inner-city I have to stop, take a breath and check myself weekly, sometimes daily.... These simple words a beautiful reminder Do you need to check yourself today. 07.01.2022 30 SECOND ''SPOT''' MEDITATION Just taken lunch? As you arrive back into your work space: Sit down with a long slow deep breath in, through the nose... Fill the belly. And gently exhale.... Taking another long, slow deep breath in... Hold the breath at the top. And gently exhale. Letting your breath find its natural rhythm, take a moment to just notice 'how' your breathing feels for you this afternoon. End of the week. Middle of the day. Just observe. Where do you feel your breath? In the chest? At the nose? In the low back? Or maybe somewhere else? Just notice. See if you can send your next inhale deep down to the pit of your belly. Hold for a moment. Then empty your lungs fully as you breathe out. And again. In fully, to the bottom of the belly. Out, fully to empty. Checking in with the mind now. How does it feel on this overcast friday? Maybe your mind feels how your breath feels? ... Take a moment to appreciate how amazing your mind and body are; keeping you alive, as you go about your day. 04.01.2022 Students continuously ask of my personal practice. For me Meditation is filtrated through every cell in my body & aspect of my life; not a stand alone practice. BUT as discussed here, meditation isnt just for our tough or stressful times. Im a perfect example of this. I need meditation to calm me in happy times more than I do at any other time. ... Easily excitable for as long as I can remember, overwhelm for me is felt through happiness & joy. With so much to be grateful for and happy about in this generous life, combined with so much excitement in the next few months, reflective calming pauses are essential ! Today alone: booking flights for a magical holiday for my 30th with my fianc, choosing wedding bands, menu tasting at a venture my fianc is involved with, signing contracts for new meditation tracks to be released, signing schools for 2018 and meeting my mum & sister to meet my dress Finding myself taking longer pauses, and DEEP grateful breaths in. 04.01.2022 Helllllo beautiful meditation community ... Happy 2018! I'm back... from a very happy, long, loving break. Refreshed, recharged and ridiculously excited for the year ahead. Oh and and yes, MARRIED. As someone who likes to give all of me to all I do, while I was very much present teaching until the end of last year, I was tapering down , completely immersed in and enjoying every little loving moment of the special time that was marrying this handsome man beside me... a...nd with that, was no desire to post share or scroll. I have enjoyed some fun in posting wedding moments and love on my personal account and at this time have yet to decide whether to take the opportunity to join the two accounts along with my married name (for future ease and my own mindfulness ).
