24.01.2022 Applying an external resistance to an exercise is really important if we want to maximise its effectiveness. In this video I explain why we use therabands and how to adjust how we use them to get the most out of each exercise. These bands are a great and easy tool for every one to use and a variety of resistances are available to suit all strength levels.
24.01.2022 One of the most important things we work with our clients to do is to keep strong and active as they get older. It is often assumed that walking or staying aero...bically fit is the best thing someone can do. Whilst this may be true, there is a strong argument for resistance training being equally effective in maintaining health. Resistance training in my view is the best way to make sure that as we age we can continue to do the activities we enjoy. Seeing people in their 70s 80s and 90s improve their strength and improve their movement is one of the most satisfying parts of what we do at Eurobodalla Health and Fitness
