23.01.2022 Holly (name changed) was very anxious about her pregnancy because she did not have family around her nor many friends in Toowoomba. She searched the internet and found out about Eva’s Place through Facebook. At 15 weeks pregnant she was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and was scared for herself and her baby. She started attending Eva’s Place and found her mentor very helpful. Holly had many questions and was curious about many areas. She searched the internet as well but was often confused by what she found there. She valued being able to get answers to her questions based on expert advice.
