22.01.2022 Hey guys For everyone that knows me you know I HATE being angry but I am now! Enough is enough! ... I will not be rebooking anyone that cancels their appointment on the day, that messages me 5 minutes before their appointment to change it or if you are a no show! Seriously enough! I’ve got a husband, 3 small kids and I study full time so my time is valuable and I don’t need to be sitting around waiting on someone that clearly has no respect for me! If you are late to your appointment there is a $10 late fee, I don’t care if you are a regular or not. If you are late DO NOT sit in your car when you get here on the phone cause I will close the door and refuse to do your service. I know I’m normally lenient and nice but I’ve had enough of it!
