08.01.2022 Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we've heard conflicting information about the extent to which children are at risk. Preliminary research has shed some light for us. 07.01.2022 More evidence this week that #respiratory problems can lead to #heart problems down the track. This latest #study discovered that people with persistent asthma are 1.5 times more likely to develop atrial fibrillation (an irregular heart rate that often causes poor blood flow) later in life than people without asthma. The researchers say this shows why doctors should be extra alert to #hearthealth in people with #asthma

For what's true and false, check out this resource for some good ol' myth debunking
