25.01.2022 There was a great turn out on Saturday for Remmys Black Belt grading and what a performance! Remmy was pushed hard for an extended period. He demonstrated great skill unarmed as well as against knife, stick and multiple attackers! All the while Remmy kept a laser like focus and showed the upmost control. An outstanding effort!

23.01.2022 Timetable update! Saturday's Teenage and Adult class has been brought forward to 11am, starting this Saturday June 1.

23.01.2022 Grading The end of term grading will be conducted during normal class time next week starting Tuesday September 12 and finishing Saturday September 16. Grading for 5-7 years will be Tuesday September 12.... Grading for 8-11 years will be Thursday September 14. Teenagers can attempt grading during their normal class from September 12 to September 16. If for any reason you will be unable to attend grading during this week, please let Sensei Nick know prior and an alternative time will be set aside at the beginning of Term 4. Please bring your syllabus, full uniform and sparring gear to class during this week. Also Sempai, please bring your Instructor workbook.

15.01.2022 We have today had the sad news that our dear friend and former training companion, Robert McNaught, died last Friday week, 12 August. Our thoughts and best wishes are with his children Cameron, Elizabeth and Elysia during this difficult time.

15.01.2022 Timetable update: The Teen/Adult class on Wednesdays has been moved to 5:00pm. This is effective from May 3. It is a good opportunity to get assistance on any part of your syllabus. See you on the mats.

15.01.2022 We are picking up our mats and moving to a new home on Saturday the 25th February! The scout hall gives us a dedicated training space. We are really looking forward to focused and fun training in our new space.

10.01.2022 Congratulations to everyone that graded this term. It was great to see such a high level of skill! A very special congratulations to Logan who attained Shodan, 1st degree black belt. Logan has been working hard for many years and showed excellent technical skill and great determination on Saturday!

08.01.2022 The theme for August is distancing. Working with the correct distancing for each technique, as well as closing the gap.

08.01.2022 Evolution Jujutsu is taking the health of all its students and instructors very seriously. In the absence of a defined position on community sport from the Government, Evolution Jujutsu has decided to cancel all classes for the next two weeks. After more than four years of solid training and more recently instructing our junior students, Lisa pulled it all together and delivered an outstanding performance today. It's been a fantastic year at Evolution Jujutsu, we have such a wealth of talented Leaders, Sempai and Sensei's, all supporting each other to make our community truly one big family. This year we saw many great students rising up the ranks and taking on leadership roles in younger classes. On top of that we had no less than 8 people attain Black Belt, which by the way is a record!
