24.01.2022 UPDATE: All gear has now been sold pending pickup. With us having to make the tough decision to temporarily close our business due to the current restrictions, we have decided to sell off some of our excess fitness equipment. This will save us having to store this equipment but also give you the opportunity to be able to work out at home.... As part of my Diploma course I am required to complete a number of treatments on clients as part of my assessment criteria.To do that of course, I need people to massage! There are some requirements involved:... ** The student clinic runs on Mondays with appts at 12.00pm and 1.15pm only so need to be available at one of those times. ** You would need to commit to either 2 or 3 sessions (ideally each week for 2-3 weeks) ** Ideally you have an issue that we can work on - preferably either a shoulder/neck or lower back problem. We used to run them outdoors at Hurley Park and other terms at Bradbury Oval before finding our current home at AB Central, Airds. Can you recognise some of these baby faces?... 02.01.2022 You may have noticed that my page has made a further "Evolution" from Evolution Fitness to Evolution Sports Therapy. I am now in my last semester at TAFE studying my Diploma of Remedial Massage, and all things going well, should receive my Diploma in December this year. COVID has made a significant impact on our business and we have had to make some significant decisions over the last 6 months, including shutting down our old clinic at Lindesay Street and then leading on to o...pening our new clinic in Browne Street. These changes, while significant, have been positive and necessary and have directed me to moving my focus away from group fitness based classes to moving towards Sports and Remedial Massage. I feel that my skills will enable me to help more people improve their performance with their work, home and sporting lives. I have now opened up massage appointment times on Tuesdays and Fridays for Student Massages while I finish my studies. 01.01.2022 Its official! I am now a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist! A very good way to end the year picking up my Diploma and finishing off my last student massage.... Im looking forward to next year working full time utilising my skills to help my clients. But for now, its time to relax and enjoy a break with my family. Thank you to all of you who have supported me through the last 18months to get me to where I am.
