Both myself and Kerri are over thinkers. We like to plan, analyse and make sure everything is perfect, however perfection doesn't exist! There is something a lot more powerful and productive than that! ... What i'm getting at is action! 1 small Lego block at a time.. Understand your goal whatever that is, then break it down into little bite size pieces you can start working towards today. Take action and continue building your own masterpiece 1 step at a time. 1 lego block at a time. Each time you add the next piece new doors will open up and your goals/passion will become reality. Getting results like this is why we love what we do! -------------------------------------- Recently my husband and I were able to achieve one of our primary goals of purchasing a home for retirement in the Warilla/Shellharbour area. ... Jay Peterson was integral in helping us make this happen, we couldn’t have done it without his expertise. As previous real estate investors in the US, purchasing from the Seattle area, we needed a local source to help bridge our lack of local knowledge and purchasing guidelines in Australia. As we were unable to view homes we had an interest in, Jay was timely in visiting these homes and sending us tour videos. Personally i'm finding that the good stock has been purchased and most of the quality stock is trading off market or getting snapped up within the first week of being on the market. ... There is very little stock coming onto the market as we head closer to Xmas. Mortgage brokers are run off their feet with new enquiries. What does this tell me? This is a great sign for the market as generally supply and demand clash and prices start to move. Would love to hear all you views/opinions!
