24.01.2022 GREAT INFO BELOW We are currently in ‘social isolation’ not lockdown. What this means is: 1. We should NOT be socialising with family, friends or colleagues that live in another house other than via video link etc!... 2. We should NOT be gathering in groups. 3. We should NOT be replacing a night out with a night in and inviting all our friends round. 4. We should NOT be letting teenagers and young adults gather in groups around parks and public places!!!!!! However, as we are NOT in total lockdown you CAN continue to: 1. Go for a walk with your own household (but staying a good distance from others eg 2-3 metres) 2. Drive to national parks, nature reserves etc (some have removed parking charges) and walk in the vast area away from others 3. Walk your dog 4. Head out to a shop for essentials, prescriptions etc for yourself or someone who is vulnerable and isolating, then head home. IF people continue to socialise in a ‘normal’ way, a full lockdown will likely be enforced on us to protect the health of our most vulnerable. PLEASE DO NOT judge people for taking a walk in the fresh air and sunshine; but equally PLEASE DO NOT carry on as normal. PLEASE keep your distance from others and do not arrange social gatherings. Make the most of getting out for a walk with your own household and catching up on jobs or leisure activities at home. You let thousands of infected cruise goers walk free amongst our people without quarantine - yet you fine local people $1000 to $5000 for sitting alone on a beach, abiding social distancing, getting some fresh air and sunshine. We trusted your religious teachers to guide us and bless our children. Yet you let convicted cardinals (Pell) walk free by unexplained rulings in high courts. You restrict natural remedies and place strict evidence based standards on modalities that build people’s immune systems. Yet chief medical officers can predict the need for expensive chemicals without double blind randomised trials. You place us under water restrictions while you sell our water to other countries during a drought and our nations burns. You allow the news to report 100% fear based narrative saying really whatever they want, while taking down free thinking people’s videos and blocking posts. You have given zero education or funding for practices that we can take to build the health of our families and strengthen our immune systems. 02.01.2022 Homemade COUGH syrup! Tastes SO good & perfect for this time of year. Happy, Healthy, Autumn, Equinox, Southern Hemisphere Kin. Honey, onion & garlic are al...l naturally antimicrobial. Honey also acts as a demulcent, meaning it relaxes the cough reflex & soothes the throat. Peel an onion, 1 clove of garlic. Dice & Slice. Place into a bowl. Pour local/raw honey over the cut onion & garlic, completely cover. (Vegans use maple syrup). Let the mixture sit for a period of 8-10 hours on the kitchen bench. Pour the liquid gathered at the bottom into a separate glass with lid & store in the fridge. Will last 3-6months. All done! Your homemade cough syrup is ready. Take a spoonful 3 times a day. HOT TIPS; use the onion & garlic for a stir fry for dinner. If you have other symptoms i.e. flu or cold then slice some ginger, squeeze a quarter of lemon into a mug, pour boiling water over it, wait till it’s just warm, add TLBS of the cough syrup & drink.
