08.01.2022 Another week, another recipe! A delicious soup that is perfect for this time of year and that is easy for anyone that has just started their orthodontic journey. Happy Wednesday everyone! . . .... LEEK & POTATO SOUP . (Serves 4) 300g potatoes peeled, halved & thinly sliced 2 leeks white part only, thinly sliced 2 sprigs of thyme 2 (ideally fresh) bay leaves 100 g crème fraiche Salt & freshly ground pepper Chives (optional) chopped 50 g butter (or olive oil) 1 litre water . Method: 1. In a larger pot, using the butter (or olive oil), gently cook the potatoes for 5 minutes 2. Add the leeks, cook for another 3 minutes 3. Add the water, bring to the boil, then add the thyme & bay leaves 4. Simmer for 20 minutes (until potato is cooked & tender) 5. Remove thyme & bay leaves 6. Puree the soup with a blender until smooth 7. When soup is only warm, add the crème fraiche and blend again 8. Season with salt & pepper . Divide soup into bowls & sprinkle with chopped chives before serving

04.01.2022 Happy Friday everyone! We have some exciting news! Harry James is here! Surprising his Mummy and Daddy with his arrival on Sunday 13th of October at 7:43am. Weighing a nice 4123g and 53cm long. Lauren and Josh are doing well, absolutely adoring their little boy and their new life as a family. The Exact Ortho tribe is so excited and we cant wait to get our hands on those adorable cheeks!
