25.01.2022 Another cake from earlier this year, this Mario Maker/Terraria Mashup Cake incorporated two themes into one cake. Many thanks to Penny May Photography for the photos!

24.01.2022 Combining multiple themes into one cake can be tricky and what a combo Batman, Cycling and Crown Lager is! Caramel Mud Cake, Caramel filling, Yellow and Blue Ganache drip, Caramello Koalas and chocolate, yellow and blue lindt balls and rafaellos, homemade Salted Caramel Popcorn, Jersey Caramels and Giant M&Ms, with a Crown Lager Bottle made from cake and an edible image plaque of Batman cutting sick on his treddly! Mission Accomplished! Happy Birthday Lachlan!

20.01.2022 This not so little number was a Wedding Cake for Cass and Peter. Truly unique and suited to them perfectly with a whisk and grill scraper (aka bunnings paint scraper) representing Cass and golfing and the wee Triumph in front for Peter this Caramel Mud with salted caramel ganache drip was loaded with handmade diamond gems and chocolate blocks, giant golden jimmies, Lindt salted caramel triangles, Ferrero Rochers, Caramel Crowns, Toblerone and even some liquorice allsorts for the father of the bride. Standing at 9 inches tall before all the toppers and with a kilo and a half of ganache making it weigh a small tonne, I was a nervous wreck delivering this one!

16.01.2022 I love these Drip Overload Cakes! This one was Cookies and Cream Mudcake with vanilla bean filling, pink ganache and chocolate ganache drip. It has Krispy Kreme Donuts, pink and gold Maltesers, Rafaellos, Lindt Balls and Oreos, homemade mini gold chocolate bars, Hersheys Cookies and Cream Chocolate Bars, Curly Wurly Bars, meringues and a sprinkle of pink and gold coconut. Hope you had a great party Dee!

14.01.2022 A Glass of Guiness to celebrate David's 70th Birthday. This cake was a white chocolate mud with a shiny gold lustre finish and the glass was made from homemade Rice Krispy Treats, airbrushed and topped with marshmallow for a real Guiness beer effect. A personalised Guiness Logo finished the design. Happiest of Birthday wishes to you David, I heard a great night was had by all!

13.01.2022 *Old Pics* Corporate Cupcakes with edible image topper for the opening of the new Optus Shop, Bright and colourful cupcakes and Princess Themed cupcakes. These were all a variety of Chocolate Mud and Vanilla Velvet.

12.01.2022 The ultimate "man's" cake featuring the birthday boys favourite toy and mans best friends, the puppies of course! Carved from layers of chocolate mud cake. Hope you enjoyed your day Matt!

06.01.2022 Another oldie - this was a request for a man stuck in mud from wife to a hubby who plans on trekking Kokoda. Featuring a little stuck in mud man holding a map looking incredibly lost this one was a unique design to complete!

04.01.2022 This 3in1 cake was to celebrate a wedding, a new house and new beginnings along with a small cake each for Pete and Sandy on their birthdays. Caramel Mudcake with white chocolate ganache and salted caramel ganache drip. Overloaded with all kinds of chocolate goodies, confetti balloons and featuring my first cake toppers made inhouse from cardstock.

03.01.2022 This Alice inspired design was so much fun to make! With the gold trim, keyhole and fob watch and quilted and checkerboard patterns it was finished off perfectly by Estelle's mum with her own toppers. Most amazing party set up I've seen with handmade decorations including turning the hallway entry into their very own rabbit hole!

01.01.2022 This lovely little surprise was waiting for the Birthday Girl to arrive to her party as a gift from her sister who wasn't able to make it to celebrate. Chocolate Velvet Cake with White Chocolate coating and Black Drip, peonies, strawberries with silver leaf, Silver Lindt balls and Ferrero Rochers and Sweetapolita Sprinkles. We decorated the box with a big gold name and some helium balloons but unfortunately weren't able to get a photo. We hope you loved your surprise!
