25.01.2022 The Magic of Multiplayer Machine Dance in a Gym There is simply no machine dance format as addictive, inclusive, engaging, socially stimulating and as FUN as Multiplayer Machine Dance!! 7 years, 10s of millions of steps, thousands of participants and instruction hours, all ages, backgrounds and abilities has proven how powerful this format really is!!... If you ever get a chance to try Mulitiplayer Machine Dance in a fitness setting with expert instructors...DO NOT hesitate to give it a go, it is simply awesome!!

23.01.2022 2012 was the second year of testing, promoting and demoing the most cutting edge group fitness solution on the planet. This demo was at Harvey Norman's and was a tremendous amount of fun both for us and the public.

22.01.2022 EXERGAME DEVELOPMENT WITH AUGMENTED REALITY!

15.01.2022 Outdoor Multiplayer Stomp at Little Jim in Hobart....brilliant weather and a great opportunity to take the stomp system outdoors.....awesome night with wonderful people. Nothing beat the feeling of large group simultaneous stomping :)

15.01.2022 The Shark Cage adds little to the overall 'Foot Print' of the pad within a group activity. This allows the cage to be easily incorporated into any existing machine dance format and easily and rapidly removed when not required.

15.01.2022 The Evolution of Exergaming in Australia with the first Exergaming or Entertainment Fitness Studio in Australia right here in North Hobart.

15.01.2022 5 Years ago testing our 4 Exergaming group formats at our studio in Hobart. XSITE pre-empted Stomp Fitness which came to fruition in 2014.

13.01.2022 Can Multiplayer 'Group' Fitness work in Commercial Fitness Centres?! Yes, unequivocally yes! I've proven it over 8 years total. Like any group format, the success is more to do with marketing and promotion not the actual format itself. Machine Dance is a superb fitness genre, period. We know it works brilliantly to improve fitness, burn fat etc. Multiplayer goes a HUGE step further. It goes beyond the two player or arcade formats by allowing 4,12, 20, 30 plus people to engag...e in this amazing activity at the same time! A true group solution. As a result it creates an experience that is unparalled in exergaming. Participants become part of a synchronous moving mass that almost feels like a performance. Machine dance is already addictive, multiplayer machine dance takes this addictiveness and raises it even further. There is an amazing sense of community and joy in moving in concert with a large group. A 60 minute group class seems like 15 minutes and leaves everyone hungry for more! Multiplayer Machine Dance lives on at Little Jim in Hobart where the more players the better. We simply can't imagine fitness without it!

12.01.2022 Master Level Stompers doing their thing with trick spins...so schweet!!!

06.01.2022 7 Years ago Group Machine Dance (now Called Stomp) was being trialled in the group timetable of a fully commercial gym in Hobart to see if a Group Exergame could hold it's own with professional group formats made my Les Mills (Step, Pump, etc) plus yoga and RPM Spin Classes. Stomp rose in popularity month after month eventually becoming the second most supported format after Spin Classes (which had 20 bikes whereas we only had 12 pads!!) I should also point out that our Stomp format was unique in that it was built from the ground up to allow young children, teens, families, adults and seniors to ALL paricipate at the SAME time regardless of the ability, age or fitness background. Remarkable!!

06.01.2022 MULTIPLAYER FITNESS GAMING - Still unbeatable! 8 years ago. Incredible, seems like yesterday. I've been in the fitness industry for over 30 years and never seen a fitness solution that can create such interest across so many generations, ability levels and backgrounds. We ran Multiplayer classes with up to 16 players for almost 8 years and collected an incredible amount of experience and expertise and without doubt the most compelling outcome we found is that Multiplayer Ma...chine Dance formats, the larger the better, ALWAYS created an experience that users ALWAYS wanted to return to. Smaller group classes (2 - 6) were useful for tutorials, workshopping steps and patterns and more personal coaching but NOTHING this small replicated the excitement of the large group format. This isn't surprising the most successful forms of cardio fitness are large group oriented as we are social animals and respond very well to that large group dynamic. Large groups also create that contagious energy level that can't be replicated by a solo or two player experience. Hopefully one day an innovative individual or company will take this format to new heights building on what iDANCE created, here's hoping!

05.01.2022 7 years ago we pioneered large group exergaming using the iDANCE2 system we brought to Australia in May 2010. The goal was to create an awareness of this alternative and ground breaking fitness format and then test it against mainstream traditional fitness formats. We succeeded in both goals by having a wide and varied demographic of users experience this multiplayer format and by making it the second most attended group fitness format in a commercial fitness environment...win and win!

03.01.2022 Multiplayer Machine Dance reborn in concert with our Strength Training dedicated Little Jim (gym). Continuous Cardio is a perfect partner for smashing calories while on a dedicated bodybuilding/weight training plan, but CC is bloody boring....enter Group Machine Dance which is brilliant fun...perfect combo!
