20.01.2022 This evening we are performing a network upgrade in our Sydney facility The upgrade will increase the redundancy of our network at the switch and router levels At 5:30pm our engineers will commence the upgrade itself. As this will require re-routing networks to the new hardware and setting up failover paths some outages are possible.... Should these occur they are not anticipated to last longer than 10-15 minutes each

12.01.2022 As you might be aware Windows 10 automatically performs updates every night. Yesterday we started receiving notifications that some customers could not connect to the corporate cloud. Our investigation revealed that the cause was the latest security update on customer computers. This update implemented a protocol that prevented them from connecting to the corporate cloud until such time that the corporate cloud was fully up to date. As a result we had to apply emergency upda...tes on the entire corporate cloud platform (exchange and remote desktop) overnight. Some servers took longer than expected. Unfortunately we have no control over the update installation process once it is started. We will post updates here as things progress
