25.01.2022 EO has made the call to postpone until April 2021. The Central Land Council has rescinded all permits in 2020 and there is no way of knowing when things will go back to normal. Furthermore, to protect our vulnerable people the Government health advice is to NOT travel to any remote communities. It's the only and right thing to follow their advice: "Due to health risks for community members any non-resident travel to remote communities in Central Australia should be reconside...red other than required travel for health, supply and essential services personnel. Non-essential travel to or through remote communities in Central Australia is not recommended at this time due to the CV19 transmission risk." It's really important that you know EO will still go on, we will just postpone the event until Late April 2021. We plan on opening more positions and expanding the route.
