13.01.2022 Explore & Develop recently acknowledged 47 educators that had reached either a 5 or 10 year milestone for 2018 at the Annual Educators Conference. Last year w...e introduced the milestone recognition ceremony due to the high number of people in our organisation that reached these milestones. In total we estimate that around 130 people or 66% of our educators have been employed for 5 or more years (based on our services that have been open for at least 5 years) and we are really proud of this achievement. We strive to be regarded as an employer of choice in the sector and do this through support, professional development opportunities and culture. See more

02.01.2022 Although I’m not their mother, I care for them each day. I cuddle, sing and read to them and watch them as they play. I see each new accomplishment, I help them grow and learn. I understand their language and I listen with concern. No, I’m not their mother, but my role is just as strong. I nurture them and keep them safe, though maybe not for long.
