21.01.2022 Sunrise is my favourite part of the day. There is something that awakens the soul when you are the only person on the side of a cliff with the waves crashing around, welcoming a new day. It’s uplifting and energising, yet serene. This photo just sums up that feeling.

20.01.2022 ‘Red Raw’ I captured this image back in 2012 when I first visited Uluru; can’t believe that was 8 years ago! I still remember like it was yesterday the first time I laid eyes on this phenomenal monolith. I had chills and goose bumps, a visceral reaction that almost bought me to tears. I couldn’t explain it then and I can’t now. The energy that surrounds it was palpable to me and I have not felt a connection like that to a place before and it was then that I understood why th...e Uluru and Kata Tjuta region has such significance to the Anangu people. 04.01.2022 ‘Mountains Blush’ Sunrise is my favourite time to photograph. Getting up in the dark, driving to a location, setting up and finding a compelling composition is all part of the ritual. But really what makes it special is watching the dawn of a new day. 04.01.2022 2019 was a challenging year to say the least. However, there are often a lot of lessons in adversity if you pay attention. The biggest take away for me this year is that the creative process is a key part of my happiness. I spent too much time away from my creative purpose and allowed myself to be distracted by less important things. 2020 for me, brings a new focus, new creative ideas and new adventures.
