24.01.2022 I am still experimenting with the active constituents , Wet&Forget. Spray and Forget,&Bunnings roof treatment. Using a back pack on a manageable pitch.calculated on an iron roof of about 22sqr.You are looking at five hours labour, and ten litres of un diluted product at a cost of around four hundred. On less managable pitches , I use a two stroke black berry pump from the ladder , this uses more product , , however is safer. The other option is treating the roof with Sodium H...ypo Chloride, and pressure cleaning. While this method costs less in product. It is more labour intensive. However the result is instant. As opposed to the active constituent, that come clean with the forces of nature. See more

22.01.2022 The recent fires and the Hazelwood coal fire, is likely to produce dirty rain .If or when it does , a residue of soot may be left behind on your walls windows and paint work .Bricks etc . There is one person in the entire area who has the know how and tbe skills to fix this with a reasonable result .and thats me.

21.01.2022 Hi all , it is that time of year , where the cobwebs and grime on the outside of your home could do with attention proir to summers festive season, .If you havent already, you should be thinking about the storm water gutters, as well. Using truck wash and brooms, I can quote and spring clean your ,gutterline, the eves, facia walls and windows, bringing your home up clean ,ready to paint, if need be . I can wash down,giving the ordinary 12 to 15 Sq home , a full wash in six ...hours , at $250,o A coat of paint with in three days .Second coat at least a full day.that works out to around $1200, plus paint. If youre interested in a straight forward clean. With my care your out door living area ,can have a complete make over in a day. A twenty square home will take me six sometimes eight hours to bring up to shape at $40 per hour. I am a professional wet plasterer, and have worked on numerous construction sites throughout my life. As a result I have a developed sense of pride and professional approach to the job. Roof Restoration , and painting is flexible.A simple gutter job can take from an hour to three to four hours , depending on the roof area , what needs to be cleared, condition of gutters and over hanging branches , access , so on .I charge a flat two hour call out rate of eighty dollars. 03.01.2022 I put on my best pest disposition on this morning ,several emails later and about eight unanswered calls, an outstanding account is apparently going to be final...ised today , It wasnt a lot of money ,however at the moment it was.I have so far counted on the cash for several important events that have passed . It does pay to pester for what you want at the end of the day ,but the hassle of doing so for services provided is a continuous concern ,and a thorn in ones side. Working for a wage ,may in the short term be less money,the comfort of guaranteed work and payment however is desirable to say the least . I work for myself through mostly necessity and a little choice.The only full-time work here is in the timber mill or on a diary , I wouldnt mind the dairies but don,t have any prior experience , and I keep trying for the timber mill ,but in all reality I have been trying for a while. So the only option I have are my skills knowledge and wits.Hence the label self employed and the business that I attempt to put out there. Its all good and well ,but it is a challenge ,I dont understand how larger businesses can take advantage of you ,while the domestic customers who are often retired pensioners always pay for and appreciate the work . I think I am naive. See more

01.01.2022 The pressure cleaner that was stolen last Thursday will slow me down for a week .I have a replacement arriving from Sydney by next Thursday . I will never be comfortable with the event. I will be keen to get back to work by then .A few days catching up at home wont hurt I feel the business is starting to come together .Work needs to be constant all the time though to achieve much. I am more determin than ever to create a viable service and business concept here.... Thank you for the support that has been shown by all who are concerned with this page. See more
