25.01.2022 BERRY FRUIT LEATHER {GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY-FREE, & FAT-FREE} Fruit leathers are such a fun and effective way to get fruit into your precious childrens bellies. Theyre colourful, delicious, and so convenient to give to your children or for them to grab themselves. Theyre also a great travel, car, and work snack for those of us with a few extra years on us! These fruit leathers are made with berries to harness their incredible healing powers, but feel free to experiment with ot...her options also. Very Berry Fruit Leather Ingredients: 4 cups berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries) 2 tbsp lemon juice 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp maple syrup Directions: Oven method: Preheat oven to 170F/75C. Blend the berries, lemon juice and maple syrup in a blender until very smooth, about 4-5 minutes. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper and spread the mixture thinly. Bake the oven for 3-4 hours, until the mixture is not sticky any more. Let cool, then cut into strips. Store in an airtight container. #medicalmedium

18.01.2022 Plum cake Recipe Needed: 5 larger eggs... 250 g of sugar 1 vanilla sugar 200 ml of yogurt 150 ml of oil 300 g of flour 1 baking powder 1 kg of plums Preparation: Whisk the egg whites with the sugar, add the egg yolks, then the yoghurt and oil. Mix flour with baking powder and mix into egg mixture. Pour the mixture into a pan and arrange the cleaned plums on top. Bake at 200 C for about 25 minutes.
