21.01.2022 A new ZH2 product for those wanting better feel & braking from their rear brake. We now make a direct replacement caliper bracket that accepts any 84mm spacing Brembo twin piston caliper. Available in either black or green anodized finish & comes with Titanium caliper mounting bolts, this rear brake setup is also 438gms (almost 1Lb) lighter than the OEM setup. 21.01.2022 Argh, it has not been the greatest week, our CNC machine has crashed & we are waiting on replacement parts to arrive from the US so we are unable to machine anything for the next 2 weeks, We do have stock of many parts although we recommend sending us an email before ordering anything on our store to make sure its in stock , sorry for the inconvinence.

You may notice the lack of a billet plenum with this kit, yes the intercooler core fits neatly inside the OEM plenum which will help make this the most affordable yet high quality kit on the market. 18.01.2022 Niken turbo is done, not without some challenges though, keeping the centre stand required some modifications & even the side stand mount got some mods for clearance, we had to modify our MT09 plenum to work & make some custom pipework for both the charge pipe & the exhaust link pipe to work with the Akrapovic headers, a custom turbo outlet also connects the Akra carbon can. Custom boost gauge mount to fit on the supplied bracket. We even had to come up with a custom mount to... hold it on the Dyno. The Niken uses a different ecu to a MT09 so flashing it was out of the question, this limited us to 6 psi boost but it still made a healthy 50hp gain over a stock one even with the traction control system playing havoc with our Dyno runs. On the road its great fun to ride, I didnt get to ride it in stock form but I can say theres more than enough power Now its back to Trooper Lus for a final fit up of the bodywork See more

17.01.2022 Something for the MT07 owners looking for a front brake upgrade , weve just finished the first batch of brake caliper relocators to suit 320mm rotors up from the OEM 282mm, these give a huge improvement in front brake performance, 2004 R1 rotors are a direct replacement fit on the MT07 wheel & with these caliper brackets the conversion is a breeze, they are heading off to anodizing next week & will be available on our store very soon.

16.01.2022 It has been quite a while although we have "some" Black Art supercharger gears for the Ninja H2 & H2R back in stock, currently we only have stage 1, Stage 3 Upgrade (you must already have stage 2) & our new Stage 4 which is designed to give improved boost lower in the rev range although a 13000rpm engine rev limit is recommended as the supercharger impeller speed is pushed to its maximum safe limit. Stage 2 & Stage 3 gear sets will be back in stock at the end of the month.

16.01.2022 With more people pushing these H2s harder at the drag strip weve been asked to produce a quick access clutch cover to make it easier to quickly make clutch adjustments at the track without having to open the whole side of the engine. Heres what weve come up with, its a fully 3D machined cover that mimics the shape of OEM one except now clutch adjustments will be super easy with only 6 bolts to remove the top hat is o ringed to the main cover, weve also made the inspection cover easier to remove than the big Allen key style of the OEM one. Covers will be supplied with a new OEM sight glass fitted & a new OEM gasket. Price is AUD $1350 (about USD$1000) & well be making the first batch in the next few weeks.

14.01.2022 A few weeks ago we received a phone call from Justin at Trooper Lus garage, he said they are building what is probably the worlds first custom Yamaha Niken & want to turbocharge it, he asked if we would be interested in being part of the build. Our answer was obviously yes. The bike has already received many modifications & arrived at our workshop today for the turbo install. Keep an eye on this page for updates over the next couple of weeks.

14.01.2022 The last turbo kit for 2019 has just shipped out, heading off to Michigan just in time for Christmas. Id like to say thanks to all our customers for the support over the last year & wish all of you a happy & safe Christmas & New year period. 12.01.2022 To all our Ninja H2 intercooler kit customers. We have developed an upgrade that improves performance in the high RPM range. Using advanced CFD analysis & confirmed with real world testing we have determined that due to the extremely high velocities within the plenum chamber during high boost & high RPM situations, airflow turbulence into port #2 & #3 can cause a drop in performance above 12000 rpm. The upgrade uses two specially designed turning vanes to help smooth out this... airflow & help increase power level in this area. We have seen up to 25 hp gain in some cases using the vanes. Power increase is especially noticeable when using stage 2 or stage 3 supercharger gears. 06.01.2022 Our Billet boost gauge for the Ninja H2 has been very popular although we have had some requests for a 52mm gauge housing also, the AEM X-Series gauge seems a popular choice of gauge for these bikes as its a compact design & there is a range of different digital gauges in this series. Our housing mounts exactly the same as our Billet boost gauge, directly to the top clamp next to the key. We can supply just the housing for customers that already have an AEM X Series gauge &... are looking for a neater way to mount it or as a complete kit , from the AEM range we currently carry 35psi boost gauge, 100psi Oil pressure gauge or a Wideband AFR gauge. These have the same adjustment as the MT07 version with adjustment for +25mm, Stock, -25mm & - 35mm seat height, we also have the option to include new pre fitted bearings & seals to the linkage. 01.01.2022 We have updated our popular MT09/FZ09 stunt Idle adjuster for 2020, New for this Version 4 update is improved water resistance from a new O-ring seal design & cable grommet. It also now features higher quality Japanese made internal components for improved reliability. We have had a slight price increase because of these new features although the additional benefits far outweigh this small increase.
