The new Entrepreneur visa is a part of Innovation and Investment subclass 188 visa and is available from 10 September 2016. Applicant will require AUD 200,000 in funding from a nominated organisation to develop & commercialize innovative ideas in Australia.... This Visa will be valid for 4 years provided the visa holder successfully establishes an entrepreneurial activity in Australia and there will also be a permanent residency pathway available via subclass 888 visa. However From 19 November, changes has been to limit the relatives which can be included in a visa application. The ACT Occupation List addresses the skills that are in demand in Canberra. The list added new 11 occupations including Graphic Designer, Human Resource Advisor, Recruitment Consultant, Multimedia Designer, Web Designer, Mechanical Engineer etc. The thirteen occupations removed in the review are Sales and Marketing Manager, Advertising Manager, Public Relatio...ns Manager, Engineering Manager, Cafe or Restaurant Manager (Excluding fast food), Financial Investment Adviser, Financial Investment Manager, Policy Analyst, Management Consultant, Organisation and Methods Analyst, Solicitor, Enrolled Nurse and Mothercraft Nurse. Eligible applicants can apply for the state nomination if their occupations are open on the Skilled Occupation List.
