I struggle with never being happy with myself and always picking out reasons I should be self-conscious. On 7th August 2017 I stepped into the studio at Wynyard and met the owner @chris_nex6t .. I remember he told me to go at my own pace and not compare myself to others in the room.. me being me tried to keep up and nearly died in that first class ________________________________________________________________How did I do this? ^ CONSISTENCY. I showed up. Some days I struggled and others I felt on fire. Some days I felt confident and others (most) I felt like I couldnt do it. But I still showed up!

08.01.2022 CONGRATULATIONS SHANNON Team Wynyards Female Winner of the last 8 Week Challenge Shannon lost 7.5kgs and 8.4% body fat . Go Girl!... Shannon had a shoulder injury from day 1 of the challenge, which prevented her from executing anything overhead and any push style exercises. That meant no shoulder presses, no mountain climbers, no push ups, no chin ups or pull ups, no sit throughs etc etc. BUT that didnt matter, because the Wynyard coaches modified and/or provided alternate exercises for Shannon in every session she attended. Shannon was consistent and determined regardless of her limitation. This is amazing! The results speak for themselves, and what a testament to her.
