18.01.2022 How to get the most out of your F45 training (Resistance 2/3) In this video We focus on Tempo & Reps. Tempo is how slow/fast we move between each repetition. Controlling the tempo on movements will allow us to create more time under tension and facilitate in muscle growth and strength.... Reps is important to our training. We want to make sure we are getting enough reps within each set, also focusing on good form and technique. Make sure you start on time and not finishing early to maximize your rep ranges in class.
