The wolf pack now rises to 4 #3 Megz, to say that you bring energy to every session would be an understatement. The progress that you have made since stepping into the studio for your first 5am session has been incredible, and you should be incredibly proud of your achievements to date! Thank you for the support that you show us and the support that you show for the other ...members of your F45 Indro early morning family. You are what being a member of F45 Indro is all about! Your passion for our community is second to NONE. However, if you aren’t capable of staying in your allocated station I will put a leash on you #4 Belinda, your transformation since you began training here speaks for itself! Your determination, discipline, consistency and hard work (and now 500 shirt) is testament to the position you find yourself in today. You give 110% to every session, and are constantly looking for ways to progress your training. 04.01.2022 2020 REALITY CHECK Sometimes... life sucks. Not just a little bit, but A LOT. 2020 has made this more apparent for most of us than ever before. Simple pleasures become difficult, plans change, bad things happen, things are taken for granted. That 2 week or 2 month or 2 year vision that you had mapped out... becomes blurred. Guess what? ... ’ Why? Because for all of the ‘downs’ that you may experience, you will see many more ‘ups’. It’s okay to get down, it’s okay to feel sorry for yourself sometimes, it’s okay to cry and it’s okay for negative thoughts to creep your way... ’ This is not to say that the entirety of 2020 has been a negative, and in no way is this a statement on behalf of the world or this community. To raise awareness of this devastating statistic and to encourage further action to reduce this number: ... James, Harry, Em, Steph, Adam & Kloe will be rowing 60KM together on Saturday the 28th of November Whist we will be competing against other neighbouring gyms on the day, we are all racking up the KM’s with a common purpose: to stop the stigma surrounding Mens mental health and encourage men around the world to speak up and get help BUT to achieve our purpose... ! Help us achieve our individual goal of raising $1500 and Lululemon’s goal of raising $50,000 by donating through the link in our bio! 02.01.2022 MEMBER SHOUTOUT Since Katie joined us at F45 Indro earlier this year, she has gone from strength to strength, literally! Katie made impressive improvements during one of our 8 week challenges earlier this year, and didn’t let COVID-19 stop her from putting in the work Katie & Tracey were regular zoom call and ‘Harry’s Home Workouts’ participants while the studio was closed. Since reopening, Katie has been a regular in our 5am sessions even after completing uni ...and beginning her new job! Katie has been incredibly consistent, disciplined and dedicated which is testament to the results that she has seen!
