This year, Heroes Hollywood is back! Over the past year, it’s fair to say that each and every one of us has struggled in some capacity, some more than others. Mental health is arguably more important than ever before, which is why our first Heroes Hollywood of the year will be dedicated to raising funds for mental health-related organisations. F45 studios globally are participating and here in Australia we will be donating to Beyond Blue & Lifeline We will have a donation tin in studio and will be collecting donations before and after sessions on Saturday the 30th of January Let’s get involved team, no matter how big or small your donation will be, every dollar counts!
