14.01.2022 Chocolate Protein Balls Ingredients: 15g cacao powder 150g pitted dates... 100g desiccated coconut 50g almond meal 30g chocolate protein powder 60-80ml unsweetened coconut milk Extra cacao powder for dusting Soak dates until soft. Add all ingredients in food processor and mix. You want a gooey paste. If mixture is to dry add more coconut milk, if mixture is to wet add more almond meal. Roll into balls and dust with extra cacao powder. Refrigerate and don't eat all at once
