09.01.2022 CHALLENGE InBody SCANS Scans will be this SUNDAY & MONDAY in the studio; Sunday Jan 17, 7am-10am... Monday Jan 18, 4:30am-1:30pm and again in the afternoon 4pm-6pm Please try avoid any drinks or food 2-3hrs prior to your scan (some water is fine) IF you’re scanning later in the day please allow at least 6 hours after training before having your scans If you are scanning BEFORE your session please arrive 15-20 earlier so there’s enough time to scan and take your photos We will also be doing all your BEFORE photos in the studio For your photos; boys - underwear or briefs/ girls - crop and underwear or crop and bike shorts If you have questions or concerns please contact 0411203209

Your playoffs run only go for 10 minutes!! 10 x exercises 45 seconds of work 15 seconds of rest Trust us you will want to do this and see what difference you make to your fitness especially over this next 45 Days So come in and test yourself. Challenge a friend, support a team mate and use this chance to start tracking improvements in your physical and mental fitness See you all tomorrow *for those not wanting to do it as a test, playoffs will still be run like a normal class (similar to 3Peat)
