Funny back story about this legend, her first ever session with us was doing the playoffs and decided she loved F45 that same day this weapon joined us for our first ever studio challenge and SMASHED IT! Chris was super dedicated to her healthy eating and trained super hard everyday! Any session she missed she would message us that day saying how devo she was to miss it Her hard work resulted in losing 2.5kg and transformed herself physically and fitness wise! 21.01.2022 Hey fit fam! we are THRILLED to announce that our studio re-open date will be the 22nd of June! As this is a restriction ease, there will be strict guidelines to abide by - one of them being a capped capacity per session. More info on this will be released closer to the date, but we want to ensure that our first priority upon opening will be our exisiting members (that includes members currently on suspension also). 20.01.2022 We would like to officially welcome our newest team member, the amazing Riz! @arisva_t We did a little Q&A with Riz, so keep reading to get to know a little more about her! - Tell us about your fitness background You could say studying was my sport as a teenager, so I was a bit of a "late bloomer" in terms of my fitness journey - but as they say, better late than never! Towards the end of my uni years I enjoyed going to the gym, fell in love with running and all kinds ...of group fitness classes. In my 30s I decided to share my passion for fitness with others and became a qualified PT/group fitness trainer with a certification in boxing. I have been working as a group fitness instructor running boxing, MMA and circuit classes since 2014 and I guess time flies when you're having fun! - Why do you love F45? F45 is AMAZING because it combines elements of all the group fitness classes I love. I am always being challenged. Every session is different. The style of training is super effective in building strength, functional fitness and burning fat. The trainers I'll be working with are all INCREDIBLE and the atmosphere in the studio is welcoming. She kept her training up, she has been very committed to her clean eating and all while there has been a global pandemic! She is an inspiration! We recognise Vivs hard work not only from this challenge, but the last one too. From the start of our last challenge in February this year, to now, she has lost a whopping 15.6kg!!!! 04.01.2022 Congratulations to this legend, again! @cordsie77 Our 2 x challenge studio winner There is no doubt Adam is kicking goals left, right & centre. He has impressed us with his hard work and training since day one! Its clear to us that when Adam has a goal in mind, he is unstoppable. He juggles working long hours, raising his children (even while doing school from home), trains hard every day and eats great foods that fuel his body right. From the start of our first challenge in February this year, to now, he has lost a whopping 11.8kg! Measurements showed at the end of this challenge he lost BF from the waist and hips, and gained muscle mass in the arms and chest! We are all inspired by your efforts and results, Adam. 01.01.2022 THIS IS NOT A DRILL We have 3peat tomorrow fam! Who’s ready for a bit of this!?!? - 3peat is a fitness testing and challenging workout with 10 stations Each station has a target rep... We do 3 laps of this with a 2 min hydration break between each of the laps Timing of the sets is 45 secs on/15 secs off (exactly like playoffs) You get 1 point per exercise if you achieve the target rep, the perfect score is 30. - You will get a scorecard before the session so you can keep track & see how you go! Now who is up for the challenge!?! - Note* you do not have to track your score or reps, you are more than welcome to train in this workout as normal See more
