24.01.2022 We are pleased to announce that we have been granted AFRC Certified Simulator by Australian Fenestration Rating Council in December 2018. 21.01.2022 Newmarket Randwick. Sydney. Our multi-buildings project has been completed. CGS Façade Group designed and engineered the facade, with window wall consisted of fixed glazing, sliding doors, hinged doors, awning sashes, vision and opaque glazing, for 6 residential buildings. Our scope of work was structural and thermal engineering as well as complete shop drawing documentations. During the project we addressed all remedial engineering making sure the windows are installed as per specification and certification. 20.01.2022 OVO Green Square Mirvac, facade system design and development including full documentation

20.01.2022 Discovery Point, Wolli Creek, Sydney. We provided design and engineering for the facade system consisting of window walls, sliding doors and awnings. Building 13 was the most successful facade system compare to others adjacent buildings. We completed the design three years ago and since then we had no inquiry about any defects. Our design and system provided by our client surpass all expectations.

18.01.2022 Canopy Apartments, Palm Beach QLD, CGS Facade Group provided structural engineering including design certification for all windows. We thank our client Total Concept Group for giving us the opportunity designing the facade.

16.01.2022 Life Christian Church, Adelaide Australia, Synergy Construct contracted CGS to engineer this project. Façade Consultation & Engineering, Façade Design Certification and Shop Drawing. The challenge was to resolve an unconventional concept idea of the façade that is fixing 3 levels of frameless glass to horizontal steel beams. We started by analysing horizontal steel beam deflections and façade deflections, and concluded that hole positions on the glass and smart choice of spider patch fitting is the key to making sure the glass is safe during its life span. Moreover, we advised the builder to install the glass in a preferred sequence that reduced the impact of deflection caused by the steel beam and the wind load.

13.01.2022 Calvary Adelaide Hospital is coming close to completion. We take pride in our facade system design development and smart engineering.

13.01.2022 We have completed the design and engineering of the aluminium louvre battens at podium of No 1 Denison Street in North Sydney. The louvre battens are designed and panalised similar to unitised curtain wall panels providing a cost effective in quality control factory manufacturing. The panels are designed to 4700mm in height and 2000mm in width providing a speedy facade coverage during installation. The panels are hooked onto designed and engineered proprietary bracketing sys...tem developed by CGS Facade Group for this project only. The huge doors which are camouflaged into the facade are also designed with the same size. The design and engineering of the total system is based on 25 years of experience in facade industry. 09.01.2022 Sky Garden residential is Golden Age Group development and we are proud to be the façade designer, developer and engineer for this very exiting project. 08.01.2022 Alula Apartments, Waterloo Sydney. We are the facade consultant specifying the windows and sliding door on this project. 07.01.2022 44 Market St. Sydney. We have successfully completed the design and engineering of this unique facade project. Our scope of work was extended to act as facade consultant as well as facade engineer looking into new workable glass and vertical support structures for double heights span and oversized widths. We also took control of all design documentations such as shop and production drawings making sure our design is fully implemented. Our periodical site inspections help the installation of the facade as we had designed and documented. 05.01.2022 ANU Section 68 Canberra, facade system developments for curtain wall, external screens supported by curtain wall, horizontal and vertical sunshades, full facade scope documentations

05.01.2022 CGS Façade Group commissioned in February 2020 in remedial engineering of combustible cladding replacement with 9mm CFC VITRAPANEL. We have designed the cladding system backing with comprehensive engineering leading to full design certification which will be issued by end of August 2020. Thank you to our clients North Construction & Building selecting us to be the façade engineer for this project helping to achieve project completion for NSW State Government. Also a big thank you to our staff making this a reality during these hard times.

03.01.2022 Canon Headquarter, Sydney, full facade system design development and documentations

03.01.2022 Lotus Apartments, Kangaroo Point QLD. CGS Facade Group is the facade consultant providing facade design services for Total Concept Group, our client. We structurally designed the facade including windows and fin claddings. We also provided a comprehensive thermal engineering calculating total system values for the facade. All designs include certifications.

03.01.2022 Greek Orthodox Building, Melbourne Australia facade design and documentations

02.01.2022 OVO Green Square Sydney, this is one of the most comprehensively designed and engineered facade project we have undertaken. We developed the curtain wall system having minimum number of mullions for the oval shape but designing the nominal external and internal expansion panel gaps to 10-12mm. We provided all shop drawing and all engineering calculations for the facade system. We produced and calculated all glass sizes based on colour and make-up which consisted of 200 pages of A4 glass sizes. Not even one glass pane was discovered a wrong size. We have received praised comments achieving architectural design intents from Mirvac. We truly transform ideas into smart engineering.

01.01.2022 ANU Section 68, Australian National University in Canberra. Full facade design and developments including all documentation shop and fabrication drawing. The facade consists of straight and faceted curtain wall with horizontal & vertical fins and 1200mm free standing wings at each end of South facade. The external perforated aluminium screen is supported by main glass curtain wall with outriggers hinged allowing differential movements between two systems.
