25.01.2022 Just a snoozy morning today
25.01.2022 Loving the pole work with Lily and Jasmin over our lovely caveletties and jumps from High-Rail Jumps
25.01.2022 Angus went to pony club today and was on his best behaviour doing 3 lessons. He gave everything a go and was super calm in the busy environment.
24.01.2022 Lily joining in on some lesson time, helping her rider learn about her aids and communication. The patience and willingness Lily now shows to her riders of all levels is such a big difference from the insecure little horse we first worked with. Just love this mare!
23.01.2022 COVID UPDATE Great news!! We are opening for all lessons again from the 7th of November We have a couple of weekend and after school places available. As well as places available during the day including tiny tots lessons. Please be in touch if you'd like to book in. ... You will receive our COVID Safety information in lesson packs but here is a basic rundown for you. We will have hand sanitiser available for you to use. Please ensure you use this before entering the horse area, touching any gates etc. And regularly during your visit. You will have your temperature checked and post code and contact details recorded when you visit. Masks are required to be worn when on property by everyone over the age of 12. You may remove your mask during a ride, as this is exercise. They will need to be worn until mounted, and replaced when you dismount. We ask that only two people from the same household attend visits and lessons. We will not be able to allow anyone into the house to use the toilet, so please use the loo before you arrive. We look forward to seeing our old familiar faces, and meeting some new ones. The ponies can't wait either!
23.01.2022 George working beautifully today, significantly softer in the contact today and a lot more balanced. He is beginning to stride out and use his muscles properly and is able to sustain and steady and comfortable canter for longer.
22.01.2022 Rhys gives everything a go! He was a little unsure about obstacles and some cues but did well to figure everything out calmly. He is a lovely little ride.
22.01.2022 Nazari working nicely for Lilli
22.01.2022 Maisy has been doing brilliantly at learning how to stretch her muscles out and accept guidance from the bit so he can take longer and steadier steps rather than shortening through the spine and taking rushed steps. She was very guarded in her movement making her feel fast and unbalanced but she has very pleasant and comfortable gaits coming out now she is more comfortable in herself and her trust of her rider.
21.01.2022 Kali had her first ridden puting today at elcho park, she handled it all brilliantly and was on her best behaviour. She also had her first try at jumping and gave it all her best shot. George came alomg with his owner and had a lesson out on cross country.
21.01.2022 Pip met a new friend today! She even got the hang of stopping, and steering by herself! Pip was very switched on and even listened to his rider many times before I had to assist with cues. Had a fantastic ride out on the drive and thankfully the rain stayed away ... We still have vacancies for tiny tots lessons during school hours for some one on one pony fun
21.01.2022 A good calm second ride back in to work for this boy, he is coming back in after healing from an injury as well as polishing a few things up and learning how to ride from the bitless bridle.
21.01.2022 Sunshine fun with Jasmin and Lily, so proud of how far Jasmin has come in her riding!
20.01.2022 We are very proud to have found lovely homes for George, Thor, and Angus over the last few weeks. Each of these beautiful boys are very special horses and we can't wait to see what each of them gets up to with their new best friends.
20.01.2022 Ollie working in his bridle and bareback pad today, and had our first little trots around. He was absolutely perfect! He really is trying his hardest to please, and he is definitely succeeding! Can't wait to see what the future holds for this little chunky monkey
20.01.2022 Some footage of Angus' first two outings
20.01.2022 Mr Arlo has come back to finish off his ridden training after a spell following his light starting earlier this year. Lovely to have him pick up right where we left of and ready to keep moving forwards.

18.01.2022 Angus had his first try over poles today! Took some thinking but gave it a very good go and had nice awareness of where his feet were and needed to be by the end of the ride. Poles are such a useful tool for teaching horses feet and leg awareness.

17.01.2022 Levi (was misty) coming into work again so be can find his next home.
17.01.2022 Wow! What a wonderful two day show with Skylarke at the APSB Stud Show. For a horse so green and new to riding she really gave it all a go. We had a few incorrect canter leads, and a few pigroots, but nothing she couldn't work out in the end. She took the environment in brilliantly and was on her best behaviour for all of her leds placing against some quality horses. Today Skye earned Supreme Led Connemara ... As well as first and champion female, first in best presented, and two firsts in pairs and progeny with her half brother GP Willy Wonka! And for Saturday Second Led Mountain and Moorland Third Ridden Mountain and Moorland Second Ridden Connemara Mare Could not be prouder of this little pony Gracefield Park Connemara Pony Stud
17.01.2022 Arlo has been working on finding a willing forwards in canter, and is improving with every ride! Such a comfy stride. He has also been enjoying some increasingly challenging obstacles for a chance to work his brain, and have some new patterns to focus on.
16.01.2022 Angus coming along nicely. He has been doing aome bridle work on the ground over the last few days and has moved up to working with it under saddle. Though he had a few tense moments in the trot he remained responsive and listened well.

16.01.2022 Got on for a quick jump and a cool down in the water after everyone had left for the day

14.01.2022 George (the second lol!) has been here settling in for a little while. He is here for a refresher and further education, and has made a lovely start. He will then be up for sale to find his new home. A very handsome young man with a lovely attitude so far. Can't wait to see him progress!

13.01.2022 Young mare Kali second ride back in work after being started last summer. Lovely little girl working nice and softly in the bitless bridle
12.01.2022 We welcome students of all riding abilities and confidence levels, ages two and up, and have our own team of horses for students to ride. Our lessons of course cover ridden skills, as well as horsemanship, and general skills. This allows us to give students a well rounded view of caring for, working alongside, and riding horses. We also provide theory and groundwork lessons for those wishing to learn more, or familoes preparing to buy their own horse. ... If you are keen to get yourself or your child in the saddle, please send us a message. We have both afternoon and weekend places open. We are located in Lethbridge.
12.01.2022 Matchy matchy! Rhys and Nina are very much alike! Does anyone have matching ponies? Nina came out for some float loading refreshing and after a quick practise was self loading and unloading perfectly!
12.01.2022 Koda starting to learn balance on the lunge and tackling some obstacles

11.01.2022 New arrival or have we got a secret cloning machine New arrival Koda fits right in
10.01.2022 Ending point of Rhys' first float training session! He was very wary at first, new float, new people, and a recent association that float = vet visits. He was working himself up, pawing at the ramp, and rushing off it again. He was not sure about pressure from the whip at first, but soon figured out if he walked forward the pressure would stop and he'd get a scratch. ... Once he had that figured he loaded on and off a few times uncertainly, and we focused on backing off calmly and thinking about where his feet should go. For the end of session 1 I am very happy with this result! He was responsive, willing, and kept his brain switched on even though he was still unsure. A truly lovely little pony to work with, he really lets you in and shows you how he's feeling and when he is thinking.
10.01.2022 George starting to learn where his feet are.
10.01.2022 Mr Soxie enjoying the warm afternoon we had.
10.01.2022 We had a little helper tag along with the fencer today, and what better way to pass the time than with a pony ride? This was Pip's first 'lesson' and he absolutely smashed it. He loved all of the attention and always loves to come out and about for a walk and some obstacles. Pip will be available for Tiny Tots lessons from early November. Our tiny tots lessons are aimed at kinder aged kids, and are 30 minutes of one on one pony fun!
10.01.2022 We picked up lovely Tess, a TB mare here to have a refresher of her ground manners and learn to load nicely in the float. She sure is a red head, but there is a big willingness to please under all that sass.
09.01.2022 Cali's owner had her first lesson on her the other day getting to know eachothers buttons as well as the change in size from her other horse. They did super!
09.01.2022 Lovely ride on rocky today, really finding the power and lift in his canter now. Rocky is now available for viewings to those in regional Victoria, DM for further details.
09.01.2022 Little Rhys doing some work on the ground today, learning a bit more about personal space and respect of his handler. He was rather uncertain of what was being asked of him to begin with and would rush, pull at the rope, or stop, to avoid the forwards pressure. Towards the end of the session he showed a much better understanding of the pressure, keeping his attention on my and finding a much more balanced circle to work on, as well as a much calmer attitude towards his work.
08.01.2022 Arlo found canter today and faced up to the scary jump sleeve, he found it a bit overwhelming to begin with but at the end was confidently popping straight over it.
08.01.2022 Texas working beautifully for Zaehl last night.
08.01.2022 Rocky joined in too

She is also working with the fly mask on to help her get used to movement around her head and face.
07.01.2022 We have had some gorgeous weather for lessons lately! Little Miss Kara is back from her holiday for a while, and she is so happy to see her friends again. If you are interested in booking in, we are now figuring out times and dates for lessons for the start of this year. Please send us a message.
06.01.2022 Some of the work we have been doing with Tess over the last few weeks, working on her respect on the ground, patience being tied up, standing in practice for the farrier, desensitization to 'spooky' situations, and learning to engage her back and hind end on the lunge.
06.01.2022 Little Rhys having a go at some faster paced stuff today. Bringing all of his newer found confidence to the table and continuing to accept unpolished riding, and giving everything a try without becoming stressed.
06.01.2022 Birdy tagged along to pony club today for a drrssage lesson with Lilli. He was very well behaved and enjoyed the chance to get out and do something.
06.01.2022 Rocky also tagged along with Tahlie to see how he would go for his first ridden outing in a busy environment, he nailed it! He was a little excited but was on his best behaviour and tried his little heart out.
06.01.2022 First sit on Texas tonight after a nice groundwork session

03.01.2022 We are thrilled to share that Jasper has found an amazing new home! His new brother Casper came for an adventure today to bring Jasper home. All the best to Casper, Jasper, and their person. Can't wait to see what you get up to.
03.01.2022 Levi being a star today
03.01.2022 Miss Lucy coming along nicely with her groundwork, though not as relaxed at the trot she is now calm and responsive. She's also getting used to her new flex boots that are helping her balance more on her sensitive feet
02.01.2022 We are so happy to share that Nina has found her very own little person! And of course her own family. We couldn't have hoped for a better home for this special little pony
01.01.2022 Lilli and Nazari back at it again.
