12.01.2022 Interesting fun fact regarding highly classified cows in Australia confirmed by Holstein Australia today... Of the 36 Holsteins in Australian history, which are classified 94 points or above - five of them wear the Fairvale prefix. There have been five animals score 95 points or better in Australian Holstein history - 1 score 96 points, and now 1 score EX97 - Fairvale Morty Lady 51 (owned by the Willy and Lisa McKay and Lindsay and Sandra Thompson).... Pictured is a case in point when it comes to Australia's upper echelon of classification - Fairvale Reg Josie 34 EX94-3E - who sells on Friday, November 17. Reg Josie recently won her class in the Tasmanian On-Farm Competition aged 11 years on her six lactation. With 85,000 litres of milk, fully mobile and a beautiful udder this kind of offering underscores Fairvale's ability to breed for longevity. She's in-calf to sexed Solomon. Don't miss this sale on Friday. Dobsons will be featured on ABC radio tomorrow. Thanks to ABS Rural Reporter Laurissa Smith for taking the time to visit Fairvale today.

08.01.2022 Fairvale has added three supplementary lots to its sale offering on November 17. 133a, 133b and 133c - these are all Melodys - one of Fairvale's powerhouse families...

06.01.2022 It was exciting for Bluechip Genetics and Fairvale Holsteins to watch an exciting young cow - Fraeland Doorman Bonnie - from the Australian "Bonnie" family they... have jointly developed win Intermediate Champion at the Midwest Spring National Holstein Show in the US for her new owners, Duckett Holsteins. Fraeland Doorman Bonnie was bred at Fraeland Holsteins, Canada, from an EX95 Goldwyn daughter to the two-time IDW Grand Champion, Fairvale Jed Bonnie EX. Fraeland and Jeff Stephens sold Doorman Bonnie to Duckett Holsteins recently, and (together with Fairvale), we warmly congratulate all involved in profiling this Australian family on the international stage. Thank you also to The Bullvine for the photos.

03.01.2022 The day is finally here when Fairvale Holsteins shares 275 of its best in-milk form cows. The team finished milking at 4am after working through the night, and it's been incredible to see the heartfelt work done by the dedicated team here at Fairvale so the cows are on-point for one of the biggest days of Ross and Leanne's career. If you can't be here, and you'd love to see the action or bid, go to www.elitelivestockauctions.com.au
