04.01.2022 Important ANNOUNCEMENT: Dear customers, From January 2020 Fairy Tail Hope Island will become a MOBILE business only, therefore we will be closing our shop permanently. ... However, our Nerang salon will remain open and available to the customers who can’t or do not desire to move to a mobile service. We will be servicing the following areas only; Hope Island, Santuary Cove, Monterey Keys, Paradise Point, Coombabah, Runaway Bay, Hollywell and Biggera Waters. Unfortunately we won’t be able to provide further service to large dogs as our van is fitted for small dogs only. We will require our customers to be able to commit to a minimum of a full groom every 6 to 8 weeks, to be eligible for our mobile service. This will help us organise our time and allow us to offer service to more customers. We will also need a parking spot for the van and access to water and electricity. We understand this is going to be a big change and we will try our best to make this as easy as possible. We would like to thank all of our customers for the amazing support we have received during those past 4 years and we hope to be able to keep styling your beautiful pups.
