16.01.2022 ATTENTION We are open! To help protect you and our staff we have made a few changes to how we operate. ALL patients with cold and flu like symptoms must notify staff when booking appointments. These patients will be allocated an 'isolation appointment'. This means symptomatic patients will NOT be in direct contact with our waiting room, staff or healthy patients. Patients are to wait in their car for their appointment. When you arrive for your appointment please w...ait in your car, call us to inform us you have arrived, when your Doctor/nurse is ready for you we will call you and allow you to enter the premesis. Phone consults are available for those meeting criteria (chronic disease, 70+ year olds, people in isolation, pregnant women etc...). Call us to check your eligibility. Waiting room chairs have been spaced out to prevent close contact. ALL patients will be required to sanitise their hands when entering and exiting the premises. Please don't be offended by this, it is a routine procedure. Staff are disinfecting every 30 mins. Our 'isolation room' is disinfected after each patient. ONE patient per consult. Please do not bring unnecessary family members or friends to your appointments. Falcon Grove Pharmacy is still open for your convenience. We thank you for your ongoing support during these trying times. Please remember to be respectful and understanding, we are all in this together and doing our best. Safety for our Doctors, nurses, reception staff and patients is our number one priority
