03.01.2022 It gives me a great deal of satisfaction helping people in need. I was asked to look at a solar install that an invalid pensioner had paid a great deal of money for, but did not get the results she was promised. In short she was ripped off, the company did not install the system she paid for. After the company refused to talk to me about rectification, I helped her prepare a case for the administration tribunal to try and get the company to fix their dodgy install. The co...mpany went in to liquidation 2 days after our case was due to be heard. This company also changed her electricity supplier at the same time they did the install. The supplier they changed her too was 40% dearer than most others. I changed her to my supplier at our first meeting, and her first bill came in $550/qtr dollars cheaper. Over a full year this will save her $2000. I am so happy. Although we could not get her Solar fixed I have been able to give her advice that will make a huge difference to her electricity bills and ease her anxiety over her huge bills. I have not charged for this advice because sometimes you just have to pay back. See more
