18.01.2022 100mm dozer pin removal today. Got a call to remove this pin that had been stuck for nearly 5 days, with a few goes of lancing it out then pressing. I lanced the rest of the way through the pin and took alot more material out this morning to shrink the pin, set up the enerpac and it was out in 4 hours.

With these you can stack your wood vertically unlike the traditional wood boxes that can take up alot of room. Very heavy duty, guaranteed to not de-form or break from use.... Can customise designs if your after something fancier. Example: Decorative twisting, loops etc. This standard one shown is $385. It holds two wheelbarrows full of wood, it is made from 40mm x 10mm flat bar with a 3mm base and powdercoated matt black.

09.01.2022 Spent the week back at Tafe doing another pressure ticket. 9 years ago I passed 3E and today added number 7 to the list. For those wondering, the picture is of the destructive weld tests that test the weld strengths and open the welds up to check for any impurities inside. Likely a fail if any are found.

05.01.2022 Repairing a destroyed front end loader frame that had previously tried to be repaired by someone who shouldn't be touching a welder

03.01.2022 Telehandler repair. Unfortunately this machine managed to snap one of the tilt hitch pins. These are 50mm thick. Tilt assembly had to be removed and bosses welded then machined to correct size for new brass bushes and new 4140 pin. Left side of arm also needed to be removed and re-fabricated from damage caused by broken pin
