22.01.2022 This week we are starting our 'Walkabout' Walking in water is a low-impact exercise that means there is less pressure on your joints. As this exercise is low impact, it is great for many people such as: People with conditions such as arthritis and osteoporosis. Pregnant People... People recovering from injuries Anyone new to exercise But at the same time it also gives you a great cardio workout and helps strengthen many muscle groups Our Sessions are starting on Wednesday at 8.15 - 8.45am & 11.45am - 12.15pm. Here at Family Aquatics the mat is a great tool as it provides endless activities but most importantly can help with their core strength, balance and stability along with improving their kicking ability.

16.01.2022 So today is Family Aquatics 1st Birthday This time last year we we're so excited to open our doors as Family Aquatics but within six weeks we had to close for 8weeks due to COVID-19. With all our Families being so amazing and supportive, we wouldn't of got through it without them.
