12.01.2022 BPAY - Major System Incident Members - please be advised that BPAY experienced a major system incident on the 22nd December - with all BPAY services effected. This was a market wide issue. The Impact this has on our members is that any BPAY payments made on 22 December 2016 will now be processed with payments made today, 23rd December.

11.01.2022 Family First is Celebrating its 50th birthday - TODAY! At 7.30pm on 17 July 1967, in a canteen at the Small Arms Factory in Lithgow, a number of employees were meeting with the intention of forming a credit union for the benefits of the workers of the Small Arms Factory. From this meeting, 50 years ago, the Small Arms Factory Employees (SAFE) Credit Union was born. Please come in and celebrate with us in our Mudgee Branch. We have treats for the kids and a beautiful cake for all members visiting the branch to celebrate this wonderful milestone!

04.01.2022 Duplicate Visa Transactions: You may already be aware from reports in the press that Visa Transactions conducted by Visa Card holders have been duplicated to cardholder accounts for transactions performed on 11, 12 and 13 March at Woolworths Supermarkets, Dan Murphys, BIG W, Woolworths Petrol and BWS. Family First members have been impacted by this issue.... We have been advised that Visa are in the process of reversing these transactions and that this should start occurring from this morning. If this causes you any issues or concerns - please contact us on 1300 369 900 and we will do our best to assist you :-)
