23.01.2022 Happy Tuesday everyone! This morning was a struggle to get up! I’m definitely getting better at being up early but today was hard! Anyway...enough about mornings... I am located in Burpengary, North Brisbane and also have a stall at both Strathpine and Mt Ommaney Handmade Expo Shops. ... Pick up from my home is by arrangement only and I can take cash or card on pick up.* If you’d like to collect from either of the shops, send me a message and I will arrange a day to make sure your order is ready for collection. When you collect you just pay at the counter.* Easy! 05.01.2022 Two little words with such a big meaning. Recently I’ve been on the receiving end of customers being unhappy with delays in receiving their orders, to the point of rudeness. I’m not alone, so many other small businesses are receiving similar treatment. #bekind ... A lot of #smallbusinesses are run by one person (myself included!) and we’re not machines! I’m the one that selects and orders the fabric, then has to deal with the possible delays of receiving that fabric. I then wash and cut that fabric, sew it up, package and deliver your order to the post office so that you can get it as quickly as possible. #australiapost have massive delays at the moment, regardless of how far the package is traveling, and these are out-with my control. Please know that I will always do all I can to ensure that you have your order as quickly as possible but some delays are inevitable at this time.
