08.01.2022 I wanted to share my meditation on this page as I feel it is a very powerful one. I have been recording a meditation each evening this week and this is day 5. This meditation is great for anyone starting out or is new to meditation. It will help teach you how to find stillness and how to quiet your thoughts...not just leave you on your own with your monkey mind. The mind takes time to train, just like a muscle. Be patient and compassionate. Meditation is like a paradox, the less you do and the less you expect the more you do and experience. 04.01.2022 Being human is such is trip. We have this incredible consciousness and intelligence to be able to appreciate the magnificence and beauty of life. The ability to feel gratitude and see the magic. To understand where we have come from and how the universe began. But what comes with that is the difficultly to manage all our complex emotions, our wonder of why we are here, what is our purpose? This is why it is important, I believe, to have the ability to travel out of our minds ...and into our bodies. To quiet the mind and feel the presence of living, instead of questioning it, thinking about it, the past and the future. To just be. To just live.
