This one uses lots of yummy seasonal options including beetroot, fennel, pumpkin, kale & orange finished off with caramelised walnuts. Pair that with a glass of vino and you have yourself a delicious Sunday lunch. . . . @mattyower

We have been so blown away with the support over the past few months with our meals, bread and doughnuts. Thank you so much . 24.01.2022 Warm cheese gougères pair perfectly with a glass of bubbles. We always start our lunches and dinners with a little cheesy puff and it’s a hit! Why not try making them at home... Cheese gougères... Makes approximately 20 60g water 60g milk 4g salt 40g butter 75g plain flour 2 eggs 50g gruyere cheese or similar 10g parmesan Method Boil the water, milk, salt & butter. Add plain flour and mix to a smooth paste. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Leave to cool for a few minutes. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add grated cheeses & mix. Scoop 1 teaspoon size portions onto the tray and cook for 6 minutes at 200 degrees and reduce heat to 175 degrees for another 6 minutes. Enjoy! . . . @red_berry_photography

23.01.2022 We have been super busy since reopening post lockdown and we are so thrilled with all the bookings, private event requests and enquiries....a big big thank you! We wish we could seat more in our little space but we are limited like everywhere else at the moment (thanks covid). New events for Nov - Feb will be posted on our website soon (there is very limited availability in November and December so please don’t be disappointed, for this reason I will add a whole lot of dates ...for Jan/Feb so you can book in advance). I will email our mailing list first so if you haven’t signed up you can do this via our website. We have some availability for June events, most spots are filled with those people who we had to postpone due to COVID. Our website is now updated with upcoming events so jump on and see what’s on! We are opening on a smaller scale due to the square metre restriction so if this changes anytime soon we will be able to add more tickets for each event. 19.01.2022 Cauliflower is such a versatile vegetable and in season now. A whole roasted cauliflower looks and tastes so good! Something to try for your next lunch or dinner at home. - Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. - rub the whole cauliflower with melted butter or olive oil - season with s&p, cumin & fennel seeds... - bake whole for 45mins - 1 hour, basting with the butter or olive oil every 15 minutes. - take out of the oven and finish with your choice of toppings such as freshly chopped herbs, salted almonds, lemon juice, raisins, capers, mint yoghurt. - serve whole on the table and enjoy! . . . @red_berry_photography See more
