Current work: Ginger, Blueberries, Sweet Potato, Macadamias, Zucchini, Capsicum, Tomatoes and more. Upcoming work: Lemons, Lychees and Mangoes Our farms work hourly pay and Piece rate where you can earn more than hourly rate if you work hard enough. We work with over 20 farms through the entire year. So if you don't mind farm work you could be employment all year round. New positions One of our farms are currently looking for 4 people to work in the fields weeding product beds and hand harvesting (leafy salad vegetable) $24.36 per hr and the hand harvesting is at piecework rates. The Farms piecework rates are fair and you can make good money if you put your head down. We have people who are making over $60 an hr a couple at $50 and some at $30 and some at $25. The work is around an even split between the piecework and the hourly rate approx. 20hrs all up approx. 40hrs per week. For example, Last week person 1 made $1024, person 2 $1025, person 3 $700, person 4 $900, person 5 $700 But that’s not all we will have plenty of work on other farms when your season finishes.
