24.01.2022 This time last week I had trekked 600kms from home to meet up with Need for Feed Disaster Relief, on their hayrun to drought affecte Cobar & Broken Hill, I only trekked along on Saturday for a few hours, but it was awesome to meet this group of people helping out our farmers who need a "Hand Up" at times. My calendar proceeds are helping with hay drops this year for Need For Feed, the calendars are still $25 each posted out to you. 16.01.2022 To all the wonderful people over the last 5 years have supported out Farmers by buying my calendar's I am reaching out to ask about the 2021 calendar I am designing at the moment and plan to print through the fantastic team at Digital Print Australia. In such an uncertain year, and I know many of us have been heavily impacted financially by so much this year, including myself with so many weddings I was booked to photograph being postponed till next year, I am wanting to see ...some numbers on still wanting to buy calendars for yourselves at home or for gifts to family and friends. If I offered for pre ordering link for the 2021 calendar and give you a gift of two of my landscape images in 6 x 4 inch (normal photograph size) with a friendship quote on them, would some of you like to pre purchase and they would be sent to you end of September/ early October. Lets start planning where we wish to go for our next getaway! After years of droughts, so many impacted by fires. Country people and their towns have done it really tough! Coronavirus has just made all our lives incredibly strange, but we have to stay strong, be kind and stick together. Without being together.... Then the minute we are allowed to have a getaway, AS PER GOVERMENT ANNOUNCING WE CAN TRAVEL!! Lets support our farmers, who have battled on and fed us all, and much of the world, during this worldwide crisis,! Get out there in the fresh air to the country, and relax, enjoy the space, let the kids learn about farmlife and food, and explain to them in the meantime, our wonderful Aussie Farmers are helping us all while in self isolation and social distancing times. Who got us all through 2020.. through bush fires and Covid?? Many of us.. especially our emergency services and essential workers.. Behind all that.. was our Farmers feeding us 7 days a week every meal.. and our truck drivers delivering for us.. 06.01.2022 Thankyou thankyou thankyou to all the people who have been helping our wonderful Aussie Farmers for so many years, through this revolting longterm drought, and last years QLD floods.. and these terrifying fires that are still burning, all while everyone is putting on a brave face and getting on with life, rebuilding lives and properties..I always say Australia stops if we dont have farmers and truckies. In recent times truckies have helped so many.. in anyway they can... Watching this video from @Harvey Hay Run 2020 who have come from Western Australia to deliver hay for distribution by South Coast Rural Relief is just amazing like all volunteer and charity groups delivering hay and hope and mateship this Australia Day 2020 long weekend It's a Australia Day that wont be ever forgotten, and it's true!
