23.01.2022 The FAT PANDA model of body transformation is backed by fact, elite qualifications, and importantly a combined 60 years of experience in dealing with bodies, minds, beliefs, fears, misinformation, media hype and over the last 5 years, social media madness! The issue is, we know more than ever (information is everywhere) and we have more gyms than ever (the fitness and health industry is a $Billion dollar industry, yet we have the highest percentage of the population that is o...verweight or obese than in our entire history. So clearly, it's not working, we are losing the battle. One of the issues is our lack of willingness to "do the work" and another is our lack of patience and our inability to manage our expectations when it comes to weight loss, muscle gain, body change, health improvement. 22.01.2022 Been in this game for 30 years, have we seen it all? Probably not, but I reckon I've seen at least 95% of all! There is no magic bullet, there is no perfect program, no such thing as the best diet or eating plan, just this..... Consistent, appropriate and specific training for YOU at YOUR AGE and for YOUR ABILITIES and tailored to YOUR GOALS, combined with an appropriate, healthy, varied, and whole food diet, and very little alcohol.... Boring, possibly......successful, yes, well at least over the past 30 years it has worked, so thats' proof enough for me. Or, you could try the newest fad, quick, useless and radical approach that will last maybe 5 mins. Your choice. RJ and TJ.

19.01.2022 Fitness, Strength, Power, Flexibility, better Human Performance comes from time and effort in the gym, BUT fat loss, muscle gain, and changes in Body Composition occur by what you eat. 12.01.2022 Everyone can do a Push Up. It’s one of the most commonly used exercises in any gym, home gym, Bootcamp or lounge room in the world. Everyone does push ups! But, most people do them poorly.... There’s no need. You can modify how hard or how easy a push up needs to be so you can complete it correctly for your own individual level of strength. Use an incline, like this video, a chair, a bench, a step, anything that allows you to control your body correctly. As you get stronger, lower the incline until you are ‘hands on the floor’. Then you can use your knees as well, or progress to a full push up. But please, do them well. Straight body, chest to the floor, head up, stomach tight, legs straight. Technique is more important than reps people.



04.01.2022 30 years of working with bodies. Coaching people to lose weight, add muscle, move better, be stronger, reduce pain. I know these things to be true when it comes to achieving physical change and improvement...... 1. There are NO shortcuts, patience is critical.... 2. Consistency of effort is a given, day in, day out, do the work. 3. Every body will change, you just need to find the right stimulus and apply it for long enough (hence the need for patience. 4. You have to train appropriately hard in order to make the body change, i.e get uncomfortable 5. Nutrition is key to most of these objectives. Want to lose fat? You need caloric deficit. Want to build muscle? You need caloric excess. 6. Some people are slow gainers and others respond quickly, you won't know until you see how you respond 7. You don't have 'Big Bones'. 8. No one can do the work except you. Doesn't matter who wrote the program, what celebrity trainer you follow, it comes down to train, eat well, recover and repeat. No magic bullets, no quick fixes. 04.01.2022 Want to lose weight? People...... it's SIMPLE. Not necessarily easy, but SIMPLE. ... I can get anyone to lose Bodyfat by following a few (5-10) basic rules around nutrition and daily food intake. The problem is we don't follow those rules long enough to allow them to take effect. It takes time for the body to change, but it will change, you just need to give it a reason to. "If nothing changes, nothing changes". RJ and TJ.
