11.01.2022 What does an outfit mean to you? For many beautiful people out there, outfits can often be a mental challenge on the daily. I am yet to share my story with you all (it’s a BIG one), and it’s the many reasons why I started this label. But I wanted to touch on outfits today. ... After a 40kg weight loss, I was thrilled to healthier and feeling fit, but with the weight loss came even bigger challenges. I went from hiding my body because I didn’t like the way I looked, to hiding my body because my skin did not bounce back as well as I would have liked, and it was almost debilitating for me. All of this hard work ... for this?! One of my most insecure areas ... MY LEGS! I honestly have some really down days when I look in the mirror and just feel sheer disappointment that I ever let myself be as unhealthy as I was. Other days I feel confident, buy the mini skirt and wear it, feeling liberated. Today was one of those days Faultline was created as a reminder of this, my legs are just one of my many Faultlines that I need to remind myself of ... YES it happened, YES I was unhealthy and YES I was extremely unhappy.... but look where I am now?! Wearing the damn mini skirt We all have our down days and we all have our insecurities (whatever they may look like for you), it’s important to remember that we can’t be 100% at our best all day, everyday.
