23.01.2022 We have two offices available in a shared office complex located in Dee Why at Pittwater Road and Howard Ave. The complex contains three offices, a kitchenette, washroom, and large function/meeting room. Each office is 3 by 3 meters, and comes equipped with a desk and chair. The tenant will have access to the kitchenette, washroom, and will also be allowed 2 hours use of the function room per month free of charge. The function room is a New York style space, with large sas...h windows and exposed brick walls, well suited for intimate meetings, or functions of up to 25 people. It is equipped with a 50 plasma television, and vintage furnishings. The offices are walking distance to Dee Why beach, across from the main interchange, and close to many Dee Why Shops. Tenants will also receive a discount on food and coffee in the café downstairs. The rent is 690/month and is available on a month-by-month basis, or long-term lease is also available.
