We asked Luke what his workmates are like, he said "They are a very good bunch of people who are friendly, helpful and always up for a laugh". Luke likes working at Truck & Tractor because he enjoys the variety of work and the challenges that each day brings. One of Lukes customers reminded him that he is a "paid tourist". This is because, in his average workday, Luke loves meeting the Farmers and he enjoys working in the magnificent countryside of the Southern Highlands. 16.01.2022 This is Chiara, our fabulous trainee. In Chiaras spare time she likes to surf and relax at the beach. Chiara has been with us for just over two years, after completing school in 2017. Chiara has completed her Certificate III in Business Administration, and is now nearly finished her traineeship in her Certificate IV Business Administration. Chiara has said that working with Truck and Tractor has helped her grow as a person and has taught her so much. I am so incredibly grateful to have this opportunity. 02.01.2022 Sam and Josh Clark started helping their mother Natalie in managing the dairy farm 18 years ago. Thanks to Automatic Milking they have achieved more flexibility... and it has reduced their labour requirement. In the previous system, Sam and Josh together with 1 full-time and 1 casual worker, worked up to 14 hours per day on the farm including 10 hours per day on milking.
