19.01.2022 On the 5th, 4th, 3rd and 2nd days of Blues fest 2021 my true love would plant to put on the menu, House smoked king fish sashimi, Slow braised Yuzu miso Pork belly, Salmon sashimi Chirashi, Cauliflower Karaage, Fermented Okonomiyaki, Wasabi Caeser Tempura Barramundi, Vegan Jumbo skewers, Seafood Junko skewers and A lot of Love and Gratitude for the lovely people who have sent us heartwarming messages. Blues festival is one of our most favorite events on this earth. We’ve sta...rted to have our stall at Bluesfest since 2010. When Doma was started in 2012, a lot of people asked us why did you open the cafe in the middle of nowhere? When we look back then, one of the reasons we were not scared to open Doma because we’d learnt a lot from Blues festival. We are ok and learnt another new lesson from Bluesfest for us to grow more. Thank you again for all your hearty messages and on going support. The biggest reason that Doma is still here and able to open our doors everyday in Federal is your support. We are sooooooo lucky to be in this community. We wish we would have words to describe this feeling lots more. We probably open Doma this Easter with Bluesfest menus but we should wait for further announcements from the NSW government. Big Love & Big Arigatou & Blues fest

19.01.2022 Good morning Everyone. Thank you so much for all your heart warming messages. They all meant a lot for us. We wish we could huge each one of you via Zoom!! Doma will be open during Easter with Bluesfest menus.... Today we open from 9am-7pm 9am-11:30am Breakfast menu(regular breaky menus with some limitations) 11:30am-3:00pm Bluesfest menus(Eat in and Take away available) 4:30pm-7:00pm Bluesfest menus(Take away only) (there won’t be any burgers during Lunch and Dinner) I will update our openning hours for Saturday, Sunday and Monday soon. Today’s Bluesfest menus Organic Tempura Sweet potato and Pumpkin tempura Bowl Teriyaki Chicken tenderloin Bowl Karaage Chicken or Cauliflower with green noodle salad Seared Salmon sashimi Sashimi Salmon Chirashi bowl Beyond Ramen Noodle Tofu and Tempeh(Vegan) or Chicken.
