16.01.2022 Some of Self has made it to the Feel Fit shelf Grab a bottle with your next appointment. I use mine post exercise for stiff feet and cramping calves. I also find it makes me have a better sleep in general. Lack of magnesium is link with a lot - I know I am deficient when I get a twitchy eye lid.
