10.01.2022 After a days work there is nothing like a warm bath with a couple of cups of magnesium flakes and a few drops of lavender oil. Add some candle light and it's true bliss. 07.01.2022 I have always had a love of Natural Therapies. At the age of 17 I began working in a clinic for a Chiropractor, Naturopath and Acupuncturist. I loved everything about it and have been working in and around various different health modalities virtually my whole life. I have tried other professions only to come back to what I love, which has led me to studying and practicing reflexology. There is a place for reflexology in everyone’s life, young or old, male or female. Everyone needs balance and homeostasis, which is why Reflexology can be used to cleanse the body of toxins and impurities and balance the whole system. For the body to be healthy everything must work together. Reflexology is a way to activate the healing powers of your own body. It improves circulation, reduces stress, balances the nervous system, improves the quality of your sleep, boosts lymphatic function, and overall increases vitality.
