23.01.2022 Hi FEET2U Fans I am reviewing our practices and looking at ways we can better protect ourselves and our clients without escalating our costs. Also trying to be mindful of the waste. My American colleagues are in a much worse situation than us, and they are looking at using full protective PPE for home visits. That, in the currently climate, would double our costs and put us out of business. I am thinking(just mulling it over) at present about having washable cloth gowns fo...r my workers. Each worker would need about 13 per day so, considering turn around, I reckon I would need about 250 of them to instil this as a "usual" practice. I have to cost out what the material would cost per item. I do have a clever mummy with a machine, but I think 250 is really beyond her patience. So I am just putting the question out there.... Do I have any volunteers that could volunteer time and skills to make the gowns as per the video attached. 05.01.2022 So. I just paid $100 for a box of 50 masks. They usually cost$12.00. Dubious quality. The other option I had was 40 cartons minimum for $2500. I know they are basically a fashion accessory in our world of home visits but our clients are asking we wear them.
