10.01.2022 Is your soul yearning for someone to talk to and work through stuff with because you're sooo exhausted of everything you are holding right now? Does the thought of committing to seeing a counsellor/ therapist/healer sounds exhausting and draining? On top of everything else you are dealing with right now? I wanted to do a quick live about this, and speak to the exhaustion I am noticing within myself and the community at large. And also speak to our inner expectations of what a... session with a therapist might look like, as opposed to what we can actually create space for in reality. Which is that it's possible to work in a way that is gentler, and holds the space for all the balls you are juggling, and about just engaging with and sitting with someone else. A space for two souls to connect, and for my soul to witness your soul, as opposed to some rigid expectation of serious strict counselling session. Sometimes, the most loving way to support you is to just be with, feel the energy, sit with what you are bringing right now. It doesn't always have to look like lot's of talking. There are many different ways to approach healing. I invite you to have a chat with me about that, if you are looking for a more holistic approach that incorporates Mind, Body and Soul. (P.S. When I talk about my own exhaustion with holding the space, please realise I am talking about noticing the part within me that expects me to have it all together in my own life - you know that part we all have. I am NOT talking about holding space for clients - holding space for clients actually livens me up and gives me energy!) 03.01.2022 Modern Cloth Nappies I have a bunch of cloth nappies for sale. Rather than having to go through the hassle of photographing individually, adding detailed descri...ptions blah blah) thought I would see if anyone wants to come and 'shop'? There is probably around 30, ranging between $3-$15? I'll attach photos but I'm really not interested in pulling 1 out here and one out there, so if you are interested, let me know and you can go through them. Also have a big bag of lovely half made nappies and covers, not completed. Some just need velcro sewn on, others is cut out patterns that need sewing up. Would be happy to sell the bag for a bulk price. Fun project for a sewer.. Can't specify brands of the top of my head Oh I'm in ferntree Gully.
